Salmon Falls Mills

The Mills at Salmon Falls sit on the banks of the Salmon Falls River in the historic brick community of Rollinsford, New Hampshire. Built in the 1820’s, the Mills were the home to water-powered textile manufacturing for nearly a century and a half. Now the Mills are filled with over 100 artists who use the expansive, light filled artist studio spaces for painting, woodworking, dance, and more.

The charm and character of the mills have also drawn local businesses and the Rollinsford Public Library. Commercial office space is primarily located in the lower mill.

Both office and artists studios may be built out to the tenants needs. Tenants are also allowed to customize spaces as they wish including painting, adding ceiling fans, installing A/C, or sinks. As a result, each space is the mill has a unique look and custom amenities.

The Mills at Salmon Falls are owned and managed by Cutter Family Properties. To find out more about the mills or to make an inquiry about renting, email Leanne or call (603) 749-8879.
