Quiet, finished looking mill. Carpeted floors with brick and sheet rock walls. Perfect for offices, retail, or just a place to get away. Every unit in the lower mill has plenty of off street parking, a freight and passenger elevator, as well as loading dock access. The lower mill is also handy cap accessible. These spaces include electricity, heat and a/c unless otherwise noted.

  • For all renters we offer discounts for prepayment. If you pay 6 months in advance you will save 4% off of your rent. If you pay a year in advance you save 7%. We also give a credit of $250 off your next months rent if you refer anyone who commits to a year lease.

About the Mills

Do you need a studio for under $600, utilities included?

Cutter Family Properties welcomes artists to the historic Salmon Falls Mills on the Salmon Falls River.  We are still in the process of renovating old mill space with an eye towards providing quality space at an affordable rate. We’ve built our reputation on being able to provide good space to good artists at a good price. Our latest project is ongoing throughout 2011. Please call or e-mail us to reserve your river view from a custom built studio.

Also suitable for a workshop, remote storage, or internet-based business, currently available Lower Mill studios feature beautiful views of the falls and exposed brick; leases include electricity, and off-street parking, as well as access to a passenger elevator, freight elevator and a loading dock.  Leases can include additional amenities such as heat & A/C for a single set price, or the individual artist can pay for their own heat, in order to keep costs low.
