Artist Studio Space is available in both the upper and lower mill for as little as $300 a month. All spaces feature exposed beams and brick walls. There is ample off-street parking in an extremely safe neighborhood. The mills are conveniently located fifteen minutes inland from Portsmouth, NH.

Building amenities include:
• freight elevators
• loading docks
• heat and A/C may be included at a set rate
• electricity is included

Customize your space:
Tenants are free to customize their space. So each unit at Salmon Falls Mills is unique. Many tenants have chosen to install:
• sinks
• overhead fans
• shelving units

Within walking distance from the mills are:
• Post Office
• Cafes
• Convenience Store
• Several local retail stores

The lower mill is currently undergoing extensive renovations through 2011. Artist spaces may be custom built depending upon your needs.

The lower mill is also home to the Rollinsford Public Library. In addition, First Thursday is held in the lower mill which attracts over 500 visitors each month.
